At Kao USA Inc. (“KAO”), we stand behind our products and quality controls and guarantee your satisfaction if you purchased a Jergens®, Jergens® Natural Glow®, SOL by Jergens®, Curél®, Bioré®, Ban®, John Frieda®, MegRhythm®, MyKirei by KAO® or Wakati® product from us or one of our authorized sellers in the United States. However, because we are unable to control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Kao USA Inc. Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers. The Guarantee is also limited to the original, end-user purchaser.
How to Claim the Guarantee
To submit a Guarantee request, please call the customer care number printed on the back label of the product package and have information available regarding the store or online retailer from which you purchased your product.
KAO reserves the right to verify information related to the product and your purchase, require a valid proof of purchase, and/or require you to return or provide a photograph of the product that is the subject of the Guarantee request. KAO further reserves the right to deny Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or if customer has abused the Guarantee.
