3. How to Enter. Eligible entrants can enter via Instagram as follows:

4. Random Drawing/Odds. Sponsor will send the potential winner a direct message on Instagram on or about October 16, 2023 (“Winner Announcement”).  By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the judges, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. The potential winner must contact Sponsor via a direct message on Instagram within 7 days of the Winner Announcement to redeem the prize and to provide mailing address information for the potential winner. If a potential winner does not redeem the prize within 7 days of the Winner Announcement, the prize will be forfeited, and Sponsor will award the prize to an alternate winner chosen randomly from the original pool of entrants. If the prize cannot be awarded after three alternate winners have been notified, the prize will remain unawarded.

10. Use of Data. Sponsor will be collecting personal data about entrants online, in accordance with its privacy policy. Drawing will be conducted by Sponsor on or about August 24, 2023. Sponsor will send the potential winner a direct message on Instagram on or about August 24, 2023 (“Winner Announcement”).  By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the judges, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. The potential winner must contact Sponsor via a direct message on Instagram within 7 days of the Winner Announcement to redeem the prize and to provide mailing address information for the potential winner. If a potential winner does not redeem the prize within 7 days of the Winner Announcement, the prize will be forfeited, and Sponsor will award the prize to an alternate winner chosen randomly from the original pool of entrants. Participation is open only to legal residents of the fifty United States or the District of Columbia, who are 18 or older as of the date of entry and enrolled as a student on a full-time or part-time basis at one of the Historically Black Colleges and Universities identified in Appendix 1 (“Eligible Schools”) during the Promotion Period.  Proof of enrollment at one of the Eligible Schools is required. Void outside of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, and where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, manufacturers or distributors of Sweepstakes materials and their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouse) or members of the same household (whether related or not) of such employees/officers/directors are not eligible to enter. Sweepstakes may only be entered in or from the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, and entries originating from any other jurisdiction are not eligible for entry. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

2. Timing.
The Sweepstakes begins on October 1, 2023 at 9:00 am Pacific Time ("PT") and ends on  October 15, 2023 at 11:59 pm PT (the "Promotion Period").

3. How to Enter.

4. Random Drawing/Odds.

Four (4) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the judges, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, or fails to submit the Declaration of Compliance and Liability Release, provide proof of enrollment at one of the Eligible Schools,  or provide any other requested information within 7 days of the Winner Announcement, the prize will be forfeited, and Sponsor will award the prize to an alternate winner chosen randomly from the original pool of entrants. If a prize cannot be awarded after three alternate winners have been notified, the prize will remain unawarded.
