Subscription Terms & Conditions

  1. We invite you to sign up to receive monthly shipments of certain of our products by enrolling in Kao’s Subscribe & Save program. Your purchases through the program are subject to the Kao Subscribe & Save Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), which constitute a binding agreement between you and Kao USA, Inc. (“Kao”, “we”, “us”, etc.). 

  2. Your use of, and purchases through, the www.mykaoshop.com website are also governed by our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By placing an order through Kao’s Subscribe & Save program, you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. Please review these Subscription Terms and Conditions carefully before you enroll. Kao’s Subscribe & Save program is void where prohibited. 

  3. When you enroll in Kao’s Subscribe & Save program, you will receive a fixed discount on current prices. You will be charged based on your subscription frequency selection, and continue to receive shipments, unless and until you cancel. You can cancel through your account page, or by contacting Kao’s Consumer Care Team here. Please be sure to review the program options and pricing carefully before you enroll. 

  4. Payments and Renewals.  
    a. The cost for each shipment will be provided to you in your account at least three days before your renewal date. If you take no action by this date, you are indicating that the price and quantity are acceptable to you and your order will be placed.
    b. 
    Each Kao Subscribe & Save subscription is based on pricing current at the time of registration; Kao will provide advance notice of price increases before the next order is charged and shipped. 
    c. 
    The charge for each order shipped will be billed to the payment method you used to create your account, enroll in the subscription program, or as otherwise directed by you. You authorize us to charge the payment method for your subscription orders on an automatically recurring basis until you cancel. 
    d. 
    You agree to keep your payment and shipping information updated in your account. If you do not update your payment and shipping information, and we are unable to process your payment, you agree that we may cancel your subscription. 

  5. Shipping.  
    a. 
    Your product will ship at the same shipping option you choose at the time that you enroll. The charge for shipping will be reflected in your recurring charges and is subject to change for future shipments, based on the weight of the product and third-party shipping costs.  
    b. 
    You may change your shipping options through your account. All subscription product orders greater than $35 ship free of charge. 

  6. Cancellation.  
    a. 
    To cancel your subscription, visit your account settings. You must cancel at least two (2) days before your next monthly renewal date to avoid being charged for your next shipment. 
    b. 
    If you do not cancel your subscription at least two (2) days in advance of your next renewal date, you will be charged for your next recurring shipment, and your cancellation will be effective after that shipment. 

  7. Refunds and Returns. Please click here for our refund and return policy. 

  8. Changes to These Terms. We reserve the right to change these terms and the subscription program benefits (including but not limited to price, tax, discount, minimum deliveries required, shipping charges, and availability) at any time in our sole discretion. If you are currently enrolled in Kao’s Subscribe & Save program, changes will apply to your future product order shipments.  

  9. Termination.  We may, in our sole discretion, terminate your subscription at any time without notice. If we do so, you will only be charged for orders that have been shipped to you. Your subscriptions are personal to you and you may not assign or transfer your subscription(s) or any of the benefits associated with Kao’s Subscribe & Save to any third party without our authorization. Failure to insist upon or enforce your strict compliance with these Terms will not constitute a waiver of any of our rights.
