The Calming Eczema Serum gets a light beige color from a natural material, Aesculus Hippocastanum (Horse Chestnut) Seed Extract.

This Calming Eczema Serum contains no fragrance. The smell is from the natural materials in the formula.

Colloidal Oatmeal is a FDA-approved active ingredient as a “skin protectant”. It temporarily protects and helps relieve minor skin irritation and itching due to eczema.

The re/cover Calming Eczema Serum does include ingredients that contain the word “alcohol” in the name (i.e. cetyl alcohol, stearyl alcohol, etc), however these materials are not “drying” alcohols. The alcohol portion of the name is referencing a type of functional group in the material’s chemical structure. These materials are used for a variety of reasons including but not limited to making the product thicker and as emollients to make skin softer.

Yes. We do not test our products or the materials within them on animals. We follow the conventions of the EU and other governmental bans on animal testing for cosmetics.

Yes, the Calming Eczema Serum is suitable for all over body use.

Yes but for the best result, combination use with the Moisture Patch is recommended.

This product is made with US compliant cosmetic ingredients, containing a polymer that helps make fiber, and humectants (material that helps retain moisture).

The Moisture Patch can be transparent with the Calming Eczema Serum and holding the serum on the skin surface, without adhesive. The Patch can keep skin surface smooth and non-greasy while wearing.

Yes, re/cover is FSA eligible for purchase reimbursement only.  After you’ve completed your re/cover purchase, save the order confirmation email you receive and then submit it to your provider for reimbursement.  Please note an FSA account may not be used for purchase on the site.

Yes, this Moisture Patch and Calming Eczema Serum are made with approved US compliant cosmetic ingredients, and can be applied on both face and body. Please avoid placing the serum and the patch on or into the eye.

Yes, you can apply the Moisture Patch on skin with body-hair. However, duration of adherement might be varied depending on the amount of body hair.

Please wait for 5-10 minutes to cover the area with clothes after the Moisture Patch becomes translucent and adheres on skin.

No, this Moisture Patch is not water proof or water resistant. Please keep away from wetting the area of application

Gently peel the patch back starting at the edges. If the edge is not visible, wet the area and gently rub skin to remove the patch. After you remove the Moisture Patch, please dispose of it in the trash and do not allow it to go down the drain.
